This class was designated to teach you how to get through the maze of processing a file for a real estate closing and to learn how the information comes together.

This class will go through all aspects from receiving a title order (both sales and refinances) to getting the settlement sheet ready for the closing table.

There will also be a concentration on balancing the file.

After completing the class the attendees will be able to order a title search, obtain tax information, complete tax pro-rations by hand, complete a HUD-1 by hand, disburse a file by hand, and much more.

This class is very detail oriented and math intensive. No computers will be used.

Whether you are new to the title field, returning after being gone for a while, want to learn how it all comes together, or just want to brush up on your skills, this class is for you.

The class will consist of nine hours of classroom time and approximately five hours of take home assignments.
