MATC assists you
We help you with monthly reconciliations and the resolutions of file balances and outstanding issues. Your monthly reconciliation includes:
- a report of negative and positive file balances (over 60 days old)
- a list of outstanding checks (over six months old)
- a list of recording checks (over 60 days old)
In addition to reporting any balances, we give suggested resolutions for outstanding issues. This comprehensive report gives you a management tool that is invaluable to maintain control of your business.
